We are looking to introduce a new working pattern for one of our hotels (in the kitchen). Rather than a full time working week of 5 out of 7 days, we are looking at 4 days on, 3 days off.
Could you please advise what I need to do to ensure holiday calculations are accurate (for example).
I'm thinking I would need to create new job titles purely for these employees so that I can attach the longer working hours per day to them which would then calculate their pay for holiday correctly?

To ensure the system correctly pro rotas the holiday, the job titles should remain as 5 day 48hr 28 days holiday.
In the employees Employment details page, the FTE should be overridden to 4 days 48 hours and the system will pro rota the holiday accordingly.
If override FTE can be enabled if it is not already available.
