Introducing a new work pattern

We are looking to introduce a new working pattern for one of our hotels (in the kitchen). Rather than a full time working week of 5 out of 7 days, we are looking at 4 days on, 3 days off.   Could you please advise what I need to do to ensure holiday calculations are accurate (for example).   I'm thinking I would need to create new job titles purely for these employees so that I can attach the longer working hours per day to them which would then calculate their pay for holiday correctly?   @Keely Dobinson​

To ensure the system correctly pro rotas the holiday, the job titles should remain as 5 day 48hr 28 days holiday.

In the employees Employment details page, the FTE should be overridden to 4 days 48 hours and the system will pro rota the holiday accordingly.

 

If override FTE can be enabled if it is not already available.
