When we add a new employee as 'flexible' with holiday in 'days' the entitlement is showing 28 days even though the employee as joined mid-holiday year. Our holiday year is 1st and an employee joined 29th Jan is still showing 28 days holiday.
I have attached a print screen of our flexible holidays set-up in HR.

As the flexible calculation is based on number of days worked and new employees do not have that information, the system defaults to 28.
Once six days information have been entered and the rota submitted, the holiday will recalculate .
