I am unable to 'actual' a particular days schedule because a member of staff worked on a holiday day but I cannot remove the holiday day as it isnt showing on their holiday list?

Do you mean actualising a day?

If the day has already happened the holiday cannot be removed as the day has passed and the system will not allow hours and a holiday to be against an employee on the same day. The only way to do this is remove the holiday if the Rota has not been submitted IF you have the permission to do so.

Hi - thats the problem there is no holiday day showing the persons holiday list???????

Hi Abi,

Can I suggest you re-create the holiday for the specific date within the HR Module and save that, then delete it? This may trigger the schedule to delete out that holiday day.

If that doesn't work please can you log this with our service team, you should be able to create a new case at the top of the Communities page.
