I have manager level access but cannot see any of my staffs rotas , or adjust times or shifts , nothing at all other than my own holiday requests .

Thanks for your great question.

 

I had a quick look at your access and I saw the problem straight away!

 

Although you sit on Manager Access Level, you are unable to see any divisions or locations which is why you cannot do anything other than see your self administration.

 

You will need to speak with your administrator, or a person who sits above you in the hierarchy, and they should be able to go in and amend this for you on your employee file.

 

The pathway to do this is;

HR > Employees > Employee List > Find you on the list > Employee Access > Assign Access Levels > Assign locations and Divisions in the appropriate modules > Save.
