An employee is leaving before all of their maternity pay has been paid?

We need to continue to pay this maternity in monthly instalments, after the leave date, but we also need to make sure the employees correct leave date is in fourth, how do we go about doing this correctly in Fourth?

Hi @Adam Houseman​ 

If you are continuing to pay maternity monthly the employee is still employed by you and therefore needs to remain on the system as this will be reported to HMRC via the FPS.

If you wish to stop them from being scheduled you can enter an absence [You can create one for maternity] for the period they will not be in the business.
