Is there a report that maps our branches with associated division and job titles?

Hi @Marcelo Mendonca,

If you open up any of your locations -HR-Administration>Location, you will be able to see any divisions assigned to that location (greyed out- moved to the right)- and Job Titles also. Alternatively- Employee Search- Location- this will bring up all assigned divisions and all the Job Titles - use the divisions to search for which Job Titles go to which Division.

Thank you Cristabelle, is there any way I can extract it to PDF or CSV/Excel?

I need the allocated Job Titles and Division even if there are no current employees assigned to them.

Hi @Marcelo Mendonca,

This can be consolidated in a specific Report but will need to be switched on to your portal. To get this done you just need to speak to your dedicated Fourth contact, who can request that the Structure Export is switched on with an Admin Tool request. This is a quick process and then will be available for you in your HR exports.

Hi there, is there a way to pull a ACTIVE job title structure report?

Billy Waters

Hi Mikalya,

I hope you are well. This can be done in the Custom Reports area in HR and I have built the extract for you.

Please log in to HR, then go to Reports > Custom Reports and you will see one called Active Job Titles. Once the report has run, you can filter it by Available and Not Available.

Many thanks

Hi Jackie,

I'm well and hope you are too!

That's done for you and available in the portal. If you would like any guidance using custom reports, please let your CSM know and they can arrange a call for you with me to run through it.

Many thanks
