How do I remove the Tronc from holiday pay? Currently, holiday pay works out using the average pay over the last 12 week’s pay. This currently includes Tronc etc. I would like tronc excluded.

There are a few reasons why this may happen.

  1. In the Holiday Global settings the setting may be on 'Calculation of holiday pay based on gross pay during period ' This will include ALL payments an hourly paid employee receives and not just Tronc. (HR > Administration > Global settings > Edit default holiday > Holiday Calculation)
  2. The Tronc payment type has been set up to be included in the holiday pay calculation. Payroll > Administration > Payment types

 

Also Tronc funds can be set to include Holiday hours which would inflate the calculation.
