I need to run an employee turnover report, but I don't currently have the option in my reports menu. Could you advise on how I could get this. Kind regards Adam

Hi @Adam McBurney​ 

If other users have this and you don't then permission needs to be granted via the Templates.

If you have access, this can be added to a template via

HR > Company Admin > Access Level Hierarchy > Select relevant level > Edit HR template

In the bottom section you will see all the relevant HR reports.

If you do not have access to this you will need to speak to your system administrator.

I have access in Fourth as a HR Superuser, and checked that Employee turnover report was checked (and it was), but I still don't have access to this.

 

I have also logged into the system via our Admin logon, and the report is also absent from there too.

 

Any ideas?

Good Afternoon @Debbie Thomas​ 

 

I have just found the Employee Turnover report on my Report Tab - Thank you!

 

However, I have noticed that the information that is being pulled into the report is not accurate. I know for a fact that 2 people have been terminated in fourth, but the figures do not reflect this.

 

Can you help with this one?

Hi @Adam McBurney​ I have made a couple of changes our end, please could you check again now under HR > Reports menu?

Thanks for the update, I have just had a check and there is no difference in either my or our admins reports list.

Hi @Adam McBurney​ Great News!

I would need to know a bit more information to see what is going on.

You can email

Success@Fourth.com with the parameters for which you are running the report and also the employees you wish to expect to see and I will take a look.

 

I would check that the termination reasons are set correctly and are included in turnover reporting.
