Is there a way to stop employees being able to delete documents?

Hi,   My customer would like to make their business paper free however currently if you have the permission to upload documents then you also have the permission to delete the document. Is there any way to manage this? Have other customers encountered a similar issue around people deleting documents?   Thanks,   Aine   @Emma Yates​

Our largest and best users of the system use document management and I have never heard this as being an issue.

I'm no sure why someone would delete a file.

Most customers do not give access to documents in Self Administration so employees cannot delete their own documents.
