    Hi Simon,

By bin it won't solve our problem. I have bin in all beverage products to help us in our stores. If I run the report by bin, it would give the list by the order of the beverge store. In the restaurants the order it's different. I dont understand what changed from june to july. And if we choose to run the report by category why do we get it by sub category?

I'm not able to enter bin on the maintain guides. Only on the product.

    Thanks

    Hi Patricia,

In this case I would advise that this request be sent through to the technical team on the service desk, to investigate if any changes have been made against the sort order of this report.

@Nathan Whiting please can you send this through to 2nd line?

    Thanks,

    Simon

    Hi Josh,

When the report is run by Bin Number it wont sort by sub category, when it's run by Category it will sort by Category and Sub Category as it used to, please see attached.

    Cheers,

    Simon

    Dear Simon,

Until June we were able to run the report only by Category, as you can see on attached. And we would like to keep on running it that way. By sub category inventories is a bit more difficult and it take us much longer to perform the stock take

     Thank you for help.

    Hi Patricia,

If you select Sort By: Bin Number in the report criteria it will run by category for all items in the outlet with a bin number. Bin numbers can be entered against the product on Maintain Guide for the selected outlet.

    Many thanks,

    Simon
