How do I delete an open rota?

Hey!

Any open rotas can be deleted as long as there is no information already submitted and your profile has the correct permission to do so. 

This can be done using the following path:

Rotas > Rotas > View rotas > Status – Open > Location.

On this page there are tick boxes to the left of the rotas under the column “Delete”. If you can’t see this tick box, you will not have the permission and will need to speak a system administrator in your business. If you can see them, just tick any rotas you want to delete and press “Delete” at the bottom of the page. 

Just make sure any information you need to keep is recorded before deleting the rota, as all information will be lost when the rota has been deleted.
