How do I remove a terminated employee from Labour Productivity schedule?

Hello,   I have recently terminated an employee however they are still showing on the schedule. Could you please advise some troubleshooting to remove them off the schedule?   Thanks 😊   Kelseigh Ashton

Hi @Kelseigh Ashton,

 

Great question for the community page.

 

You can try re-saving the termination page.

 

If that doesn’t work, you can also re-save the personal and employment details for the employee.

 

If the employee doesn’t come off the schedule, you can raise a case via the community to our technical support team to investigate further.
