I am unable to grant permissions to a site to order/view from a Catalogue.

A particular site is not showing on the list when following the below path;   Trade Simple Portal > Maintain Suppliers > Catalogues > Permission (Tool Icon) > Search for effected site > Can not view it on list to grants permission to View/Order.   What could be causing this issue?   Thanks

Hey @Sarah Bostock​ ,

 

Good question!

 

This is not showing as there is no Supplier Code for Unit/Account Number against the site and supplier.

 

This can be found with the following path:

 

Maintain Suppliers > Relationships > search site > enter code in Supplier Code for Unit column > Save

 

Once this has been added, the site will show the Can View/Can Order permissions
