Are you able to create a user account to view only?

A user requires basic access to view rota/payroll but not to edit. Please note the user is not an employee on the payroll.   Thanks   Jack

Sorry the above should have said Rota not HR!

There are also 2 articles to explain the template permissions. (one for Rotas and one for HR).

I also have a thread open for customers to post questions about permission queries.

Hi @Jack Worsley​ 

The permission templates drive what is read only, edit only or full access.

You can create a new template with read only acccess and assign to a specific employee HR > Users > Assign User access > User Profile > Assign template.
