Our total Rota wage costs (£) on our Rotas do not include Salaried staff on the total daily and weekly totals. How can we change this so all employee costs are included?

The rota wage costs can be amended to include salaried staff, as this is being driven by the job title. When creating a job title, you will be given the option: Exclude from wage cost to either reflect yes or no.
Once a job title has been created the Exclude from wage cost cannot be edited, but can be changed within the Configure Locations option in the Rota Module Administration Drop down.
The last section of configure locations will display Job Titles With Salary Included In Rota. Open this to edit and amend any salaried job titles that you would like to include in the rota wage cost.
Additionally, you just need to ensure the basic pay has been included in your wage elements. This can only be done with whoever has the admin tool, as it is accessed in the Wage Function Settings from the Rota Module Administration Drop down.
