Star Chef- (aka RME) What scenario causes a menu to display - Pricing for one or more menu items is not available to your group. These will not be included within the analysis calculations.

    I am quite sure this is settings related. I have ensured that every recipe and ingredient is available to my group. I have also checked that every set associated is available to my group. Im at a loss on this one. [Image: 2018-06-05 (1)]

    This was actually a combinations of a few things. Some of the recipes in question had sub recipes nested inside them. Those sub recipes were not included in the sets available to that group. There were also some ingredients not available to that group. After fixing those two issues I was able to resolve the problem.

     

    Ultimately as our database grows, it becomes more complex with permissions.

    Thanks for your question. On replication, I was able to see the pricing information on this particular menu. You are right in your assumption that this is a user group setting(s), which could be driven by either admin, ingredient or recipe visibility permissions.

    Could you let me know which particular usergroup you were logged in as when you displayed this view? I can see you have a large volume of user groups against your ID, but will look into a particular usergroup and advise on the permissions you need to activate
