Hi   Is there a report I can pull to show a list of all employee tax codes?   We need to remove any week 1 Month 1 shifts   Thanks   I have tried a custom report but it keeps crashing on me ??

A custom report would be the best,what report type have you created the report under? What is the error message you are receiving?

 

Ensure you have the Status option selected, if the report is too large you may need to split the report and run it by Gender.

 

Please let me know about the error so we can get this resolved for you.

Hi

 

I have created the report in HR / employment details and it has returned

 

first name / surname / status = current / location / tax code

 

however a lot of the tax codes are blank ?

If i run it through the payroll module tax code is only available in payslip option which is crashing and not reporting

Hi @Sharon Harkins​ 

The payroll export > HMRC reconciliation includes tax codes.

 

Just a note that tax codes should only be changed if HMRC have sent a new code through the Gateway.
