    Hi @John Bueno ,

    Many thanks for your post.

What is it you are trying to achieve by exporting this into Excel?

Any changes made would have to be done in the solution rather than in a spreadsheet, so if you can let me know what you are trying to achieve I may be able to give you some more guidance?

    Hi @John Bueno ,

This is not currently achievable at the moment.

Are you asking for the ability to manage discounts when bulk buying?

    Thanks

    Hi Mark.

    Thank you for your response.

I needed to compile all the items in a single report meaning I need a summary of all the quantities per PR per Outlet per Item.

Say "item 1" is being Ordered by "Outlet 1", "Outlet 2", and "Outlet 3".

Upon creating the PO's from the PR's the screen shows me the total of "Item 1" in a single line and somewhere at the bottom is where the breakdown shows the quantity being ordered on an Outlet level.

If I can extract this list in a spreadsheet I can have:

    • one (1) file to send out to vendors for them to fill out their prices instead of doing them manually speacially for the same items ordered in different PR's

    • A single report of the total of items in all the PR's instead of reporting them per PR's. (Our superiors are requiring us to have a summary approved before sending out an order)

The idea was to extract the report in a file that can show the totals of the items ordered regardless of the outlet specially those items which are common to the outlets.

Please let me know if you need more clarification.
