Dear, I have few questions regarding furloughed calculations and payment. On the furlough calculation made by fourth we have to calculate the 80% to get the correct figure need for the Job Retention Scheme, right? Do we have to input manually the amount on each payslip for each employee? Also when said monthly for an hourly paid means 4 weeks or 30 days? Thank you

  Hi Simona,

   

  Many thanks for your question. If you are planning to pay the employees 80% of their wages then you will need to calculate this in order to get the correct figure, and cap at £2500 if above. You will need to load this information into the payroll module in lieu of hours coming from the rotas for your rota paid employees.

   

  I'm not sure what you mean about monthly, this will depend on your pay periods.
