on the fourth nutrition template, what data sources are already configured in starchef for columns NF6-9?

The specific template that you have used is not commonly available to many customers, as it was originally designed to support some niche functionality. It should still be useful for your needs, as it captures other fields that the standard template does not.

However, it also references some legacy functionality that is no longer in use on the system. Specifically the columns that you have referred to.

You will find that an attempt to load information via this template will fail if you populate any information in these cells, but if you leave them blank and only fill in the nutritional and intolerance information elsewhere, then the template should still work as expected.
