PO verification

  PO approval. I know its not an option at the moment but think that having the PO verified before creation would be a good option. The approver/verifier would be able check that the correct vendor is being used ( sometimes its not based on cost) and that the correct product for the vendor is also being used.

Current functionality, 'Lock requisitions'+'Lock vendors in requisitions', is available in Fourth Purchasing & Inventory (formerly Adaco) which, on a property-wide basis, requires Vendors to be selected for all Products on a Purchase Requisition prior to review/approval/final approval process; general explanation can be found here:
