    Hi @Maeve Morgan​,

     

    The Fire Report can be switched off if a customer requires it, as it is not permission driven within the system. If it is not visible to anyone within your business and you would like to have it switched back on, please contact your Customer Success Manager who can have this done.

    Can access to the fire report be restricted to just HODs / Duty Managers?  I only ask because the fire report includes everyone's personal mobile number which may breach GDPR.  I would be grateful for advice/guidance.

    The Fire Report is not Permission Driven so cannot be made available for certain Job Titles. It can be switched off entirely if that is better for the Business.

     

    Telephone numbers are not considered Sensitive Data but are considered Personal Data under GDPR but we will not advise on legal matters, so that would be a business decision for you to make.

     

    However, the nature of the Fire Report is that it is available to the users who would need this information ie HOD's / Duty Managers as they have access to the portal(as the Report is designed to have immediate access to employees in case of an emergency situation requiring immediate evacuation). Employees do generally not have access to the portal as they only use Employee Self Service and would not see the Fire Report anyway.

    Hi we need the Fire Report to be accessed by all of the reception team, plus managers. If it's not available for certain job titles, how can we make this happen?

    We have the same issue.

    We need reception, including the night team to be able to see the fire report. However we do not want all departments to have access to staff clocking in /out and phone numbers.

    The Fire report is now a permission on the HR templates.

    You can update your templates to allow them to view the fire report.
