Cannot access a report which is enabled - all profiles tested Inventory

The Inventory Platform does not have a report called 'Unit - Flash Cost.'

However, it is possible to see a flash GP/cost during an active period by closing the stock period (but not approving) and going to:

Stock Management > Management Figures

This will display your period to date Actual and theoretical COS and your current GP.

If you would like to see a more global Flash GP, you can access your Fourth Analytics dashboards and see this under the 'Sales Mix' tab.

Unfortunately this does not cover what i require.

I'm aware of the Theoretical / Flash GP on the management figures but this does not take into account the upcoming deliveries for the period and works only with figures input.

The OLD FnB report would use the upcoming deliveries and give an Flash Cost / GP for the Full period.

The flash cost/GP calculations are the same on both FnB live and the new Inventory platform.

Pending deliveries are not taken into account when generating these reports on either system. The logic behind this, is that the value of pending deliveries may change on delivery (eg ingredient costs or short deliveries), and therefore should not be taken into account when calculating your GP.

If you would like to review and include the forecasted cost of future deliveries, you can use the filters under the Document Reconciliation tab to highlight your pending GRNs, and use this information to calculate a forecasted GP outside of the core application.
