Bradford Factor

Please can you explain how the BF is calculated.  It does not seem to be accurate or mirror what we have manually?​

The bradford factor is calculated as

BF= (Spells of absence x Spells of Absence ) x days

The reason you are not getting the same results is that the system uses ALL absence reasons and not just sickness.

If using Fourth Analytics to report on Bradford Factor, you can exclude absence types so that only sickness (for example) is considered.
