When putting absences onto Fourth, there are some people that are showing a Bradford Factor of '0'. How is that, when all the boxes are completed? Is there something that needs ticking that is missed? It is happening with just a few of our staff, not the majority. Would appreciate a reason. Thanks

For the Bradford Factor to calculate, a Contract must be set up and assigned to the employee.
You can check if a contract is assigned by running a custom report.
I would also recommend you make the contract field Mandatory HR > Administration > Global settings > Edit default employee settings.
