Hi @Val Still​ 

For the Bradford Factor to calculate, a Contract must be set up and assigned to the employee.

You can check if a contract is assigned by running a custom report.

I would also recommend you make the contract field Mandatory HR > Administration > Global settings > Edit default employee settings.
