When an employee's final pay results in negative pay e.g. due to having taken more annual leave than they have accrued. We have established the impact prevents us from finalising the payroll for all employees of the company. Please would it be possible to advise how to correct to allow me to inform my customer

Hi @Zoe Bolt​ 

to be able to submit to payroll you will need to put this employee on hold.
