Multi Company - Icon Not Showing

Hi @Sharon Harkins

The multiple employment icon only shows in the locations the employees has been lent to and not their home location.

The blue exclamation mark means that there is T & A data but the employee was not due to work. (They had not been scheduled) so it may not be related to a multiple employment.

I would suggest checking the ME record for employees you are querying to see if an ME is created. This will give you the location to check.

I hope this helps

Kind regards

Hi @Debbie Thomas  yes they had been set up as multi co - but my first instinct was that they had worked an extra shift that was not on the original rota and this shift needed to be added to the Actual Time box to enure they were paid. After a few phone calls I realised they had worked at another hotel ...

Hi @Sharon Harkins

For auditing it may be easier to use the Forecast v Actual v Paid - Daily export in Rotas

This will show

What the employee was scheduled to work, what they have been recorded as working and what their T & A clock times.

If you sort by employee number, you will see where employees have clocked in at a different site from their home location.

Hope this helps
