Can we upload exchange rates from an external source onto Inventory?

We have bussinesses in EUR and GBP and we have to maintain exchange rates periodically. Is it possible to upload an exchange rate from an external source of our choice? Or is manual entry the only way?   Kind regards, Laura

  Thank you for your question.

   

  The answer is no you can't upload from an external exchange rate resource into Inventory. This decision was made to not allow this due to the unpredictable fluctuation of exchange rates that could make managing GRNs and Invoices more of chore for the user.

  Instead, you'll need to create the exchange rates in the system and manage any fluctuations as and when needed. Here is an article that explains how to do this https://fc.force.com/customer/s/article/P2P-I-Inventory-Configuring-Multi-Currency
