I need to produce some retrospective reports but the people system doesn't seem able to do this. Any workarounds available? Two reports are standard Fourth and the other is customised. Thanks

Hi Saskia, thanks for coming back to me.  Monthly, we produce a Starters report (standard - Employee List report), Leavers report (Termination Analysis - standard) and a Headcount for Kuwait report (which is customised)​.  However, for some reason the reports were forgotten last year July - December (2017).  We don't seem to be able to produce these retrospectively. Hopefully, this is helpful. Thanks again

Thanks for clarifying, with your customised report if you change the 'Status' condition (In Employee Work Details drop down) not to be set as '=' this will allow you to return data for all former and current employees.

With regards to the termination analysis and Employee List I ran these reports for July - December 2017 and data was returned.

Have I missed something here?

If you select the previous date range (1st - 31st July 2017) in the standard reports does this not give you the information you are looking for?

Hi @Saskia Dykstra​ so I have tried to run the employee list and the termination analysis with retrospective dates and they do seem to work (who knew - THANKS!) but in terms of the customised report, I need to be able to break it down month by month rather than one big return of all former employees.  Is there a way that I can do this?  Thanks for all your help​
