Payment after leaving

You can add a leaver in the current payrun. The option will be on the links near the preview links.

This will put them on an OTW1 tax code and a new P45 will not be issued.

We have 2000+ leavers to add them on the Pay Run. There is any way to do it other than Add Leavers button (one by one)?

Thanks for the question.

You can choose multiple employees that need to be added back to the pay run by selecting the tick box on the left hand side and pressing 'Save'. There is also the 'Select All' option at the bottom of the screen where you might decide to choose all and then deselect employees to be added to payroll if this is the smaller number.
