How to override flex holiday for one person who has carried holidays from the previous holiday year (MAT leave).

- So this year they have an extra 12 days holiday. - this would take them over the global capped setting of 28 days. - How do you over ride this for one person?

  Hi @Jas Doheley​,

   

  The best way to do this is to adjust the 'Days Remaining'

  The Admin user can add negative holiday by creating a holiday request for 12 days and adding a minus sign to the 1.

  This will then adjust the days remaining and enable the employee to take the holiday.

  By adjusting using this method, the flexible Allowance will still Flex based on the average days worked and will not be impacted by the Cap.

  Hi @Andy Donmall​,

   

  The holiday must be created first, once it has been created you can go back into the individual day and edit it with a - minus.
