  Hey,

   

  The server that you are active on is usually visible in your browser tab – It is usually indicated as a number in brackets in the browser tab or when you hover over the browser tab.

   

  

  On some Fourth solutions, you can find this by adding ‘/siteinfo.asp’ to your portal link.

   

   

  Knowing which server you are on can be useful when escalating a query to the Technical Support team, as it can sometimes help with the investigation. I would personally recommend including this information when a case is raised for Workforce Management.
