GDPR Reporting

Do you know if there are any standard Fourth GDPR reports currently available/being released to enable us to identify the data that may not comply?   Thanks!

    Hi!

     

    This is a great discussion to start considering the changes this year! 

     

    I have confirmed with our Legal Team at Fourth that we’ll be sending out documentation of how Fourth as a Data Processor for our customers is compliant by the end of February 2018.

     

    This should help with your Fourth solutions in particular. In regards to reports that might help with GDPR, there are a vast array of reports currently available (on each of our solutions) which can help in finding particular data. Or depending on the information you’re looking for, you can create a Custom Report – We have many articles for our different solutions about how Custom Reports can be created, just type ‘Custom Report’ and your solution in the Search bar!

    Hi Rozz,

     

    Has the GDPR report been released yet?

     

    We need to do data impact assessments and audits of what personal data we keep, for how long and why. How does Fourth deal with this? What about former employees? As far as I know they stay on the system forever, but this probably doesn't comply with the GDPR, but is it ok as long as we don't use the data and train staff not to use it as it's no longer necessary?

     

    Any advice from Fourth would be much appreciated.

    Sorry again for the delay in response - I've spoken to the Fourth legal team and they have advised:

     

    'As part of Fourth’s GDPR implementation, we will be putting in place default retention periods (which Customers can customise) in WFM for terminated employees (this is something that will be set out in more detail in our Data Retention Policy)'

     

    I don't believe that we are releasing specific reports on our Workforce Management solution in relation to GDPR but I do know that Custom Reports can be created if that helps you find the information you are looking for? Just Search for Custom Reports in the Customer Community if you need any help/directions for this.

     

    I'll keep this thread updated on when we release our GDPR documentation 😊 I hope that helps for the moment and sorry again for the delay in response!
