Is there a way to export the lieu hours accrued balance per employee? I can see it on the rota screen but can't see how to export?

The Lieu Hours Export should provide the information that you are looking for. You can run this for a specific date range, and it will yield Hours Created,Hours Taken and Hours Remaining against each employee. You can also drill down and run the export by First Name, Surname, Job Title, Division, if paid by Rota and Location.

To access this Report follow the path: Rota>Reports>Exports

That report details every transaction as you say therefore to get the current balance I'd have to run it for the full date range we've had Fourth which will create a massive report? Is this the only way? On the rota screen the balance is displayed is there no way just to export that?

Thanks for coming back to me- the information replicates what you are seeing on the rota- it is just giving more flexibility on the search. You could run it for the rota week, for just that location and/or division. I believe you have been open for about three years, have tested it, and the Export opens fine for a large date range. I would suggest moving forward considering setting the lieu to expire, which is currently not set on the portal.

To manage this, go to HR>Company Admin>Locations>Lieu Day Settings>Do Lieu Days/Hours Expire
