Is it possible to run a report to see the average working hours for FT employees?

I would need average hours worked for all employees in order to do my calculations for Gender Pay Gap reports.

Great question, thank you!

 

There isn't a specific report to offer this information in a simpler form. 

However the work around here would be to look at your employees hours worked.

The report necessary to assist in the process is accessed through Rota Module > Reports > Exports > Export Name > Employee Hours Worked.

 

You can drill down further, selecting location, divisions and date ranges. How you work this information further is your decision, but it would require manual manipulation from here.
