Clock Blue Exclamation Mark !

If an employee has T&A at a multi employment site ie not their home location will they always come up on their home location rota with the blue exclamation mark ?

Hi Sharon,

 

That is correct, the reason that Blue Exclamation mark will pull if an employee has clocked in and out however there is no foretasted time.

 

The employee number linked with the T&A machines in linked to the location, not division. If the employee is multiple employed to another division, the hours for that employee need to be confirmed in the division that they worked, the blue exclamation mark can be ignored in the division that lent them.

There is a device that will link all clocks between properties that might help. This is a one off cost of around £350.

Your CSM will be able to progress this for you.

You will still need to ensure that employees are forecasted on the rota.
