Can you please let me know the frequency of backups done to our Fourth systems: FnB PeopleSystem GoodData / Fourth Analytics

I can answer your question from Fourth Analytics perspective.

Backups are done by GoodData for Fourth Analytics once daily. The data is then kept for one year. Any backup/archived project is removed after a year. Hope this helps.

To add to Katie's answer above - on the other systems we perform a weekly back up of data and then also keep that available for one year!
