Hi {@005D000000AJwAIIA1} ,

Thanks for your query, I hope you are well.

If you follow the below path you will be able to run a report

that details all Site Transfer details for a customised date range:

FnB Enterprise > Reporting > Organisation > Site Transfers Summary > Select Date Range, Apply Cost Centre Filters, and Select Site(s) > Run

The report is broken down into the sending sites, and then into

each of the corresponding recipient sites, showing the total quantities/value for each product line. At the bottom of each recipient site will be a subtotal to show the total quantities/value transferred between each site for the selected date range. Also, at the bottom of each sending site will be a grand total of quantities/value transferred from each site.

Hopefully this report is applicable to your needs, and this helps resolve the issue you are experiencing.

If you have any follow up questions regarding this, then please

let me know (:

Thanks,

James Pascoe

Hi James, thanks for responding. It's close to what we need but really I'm after a csv export which details all transfers between sites and saves them to a csv spreadsheet format.

Any ideas?

Hi @Nathan Bryant,

Thanks for confirming – For a .csv file transfer export, you can access this from your FTP folder. This can be done using the below path:

Search for the URL ftp.fourth.com > Input the appropriate login credentials and access your FTP folder > Locate your Transfers folder and you will be able to locate the appropriate export files.

Please bear in mind that if you need any help with your login details for the FTP folder, you’ll need to escalate to our Technical Support team who will be able to assist you. To do this, you can either escalate to the member(s) of your business who are responsible for raising cases with Fourth. Or if you are this person, you can select your name on the top right of the Customer Community and select the 'Raise a Technical Case' from the dropdown options.

Many thanks,

JP
