Is there any report to show products without any primary vendor assigned?

From the CP (or, generically-speaking, Property level within a Standalone site), you could utilize the Property->Export Data per Property & filter/sort by column 'PrimaryVendorNumber' to determine the Products without a Primary Vendor.

Alternatively, at property-level, the Product List by Group Report will show the Primary Vendor but not include the Products without one:

It appears as if you are looking for a custom 2-part query which would need to be written by our development team, if not by yourself or technical resources within your company utilizing the Custom Report writer:
