How do I open a Po's that is already closed?

Many thanks for your great question, the ability to open a closed PO is a fairly recent development for us.

It is Access driven so your company admin will need to ensure you have access at Property > Set Up > User Groups > Purchasing > Re-open Purchase Orders.

With the access you can select the closed POs you wish to reopen and then right-click on them, which will give you the option to Re-Open. When re-opened the POs status will be what is was prior to them being closed e.g. Transmitted, Received etc.
