Automatic recipe recosting based on receiving activity

There are actually 2 different server jobs in question here:

• Recipe Recost Job runs once daily overnight depending on server location (Americas servers run at 6am EST)
• Average Price Recalculation Job runs every 5 minutes on all servers

Please note that the 2 jobs are independent of each other-- the first affects only updating Recipe Costs whereas the second affects all transactions from Receivings & other internal transactions, e.g. Requisitions, Transfers, Sales deductions, & therefore Inventory valuation.

Our Learning Design & Delivery Team is currently working on a comprehensive Article around Property->Administration flags to be posted on the Community that will help to clear up some of these settings-- keep an eye out!

Thanks @David Fournier​  for explaining that. So if we check the settings in property it will re-cost the recipe daily once.

Do you suggest to activate this in property or in CP.

For clarity, the Recipe Recost job is set up on our server, so there are no in-application settings to be adjusted.
