I am looking for an answer to the below and was advised to post this to the Community:
I am looking for a report that would show us the total rota hours including the equivalent of hours calculated by the system when employees are on holiday.
For example, Employee X works 20 hours this week and is on holiday for 2 days also. The average hours for each day of holiday is 7.5hrs. The rota then shows that total hours for the week for Employee X are as follows.
20hrs worked + 7.5hrs holiday day 1 + 7.5hrs holiday day 2 = 35 hours total for the week
I need a report that would give the total hours worked including the holiday hours.
I have tried many reports, but they do not give the information above combined. They either show you the hours worked only or hours worked and the word ”HOL”, but without the equivalent of how many hours are calculated for “HOL”.
