I have an employee who is not appearing ...

I have an employee who is not appearing on the Tronc2 Module for one of my locations. She is not paid by rota and is not included on the rota. Why is she not appearing? And how do I fix it so she does?

    The Tronc modules use rota hours to calculate and distribute funds. The employee will need to be added to the rota for Tronc to be be allocated.

    Thanks for your answer, we currently don't use the tronc module to calculate or distribute funds. Our tronc masters use the module by manually entering amounts to be distributed. If I add this employee to the rota module do I have to include any hours or will she show on the Tronc module without hours?

    As this is quite specific to your company, please could you book onto an #[Ask Fourth]​ as I need to understand your processes and how you are currently managing Tronc to be able to advise. @Abi Higgins​ will be able to assist you with booking to arrange a call if you are unsure of how to do this.
