Unassigned products in Purchasing & Inventory (Adaco)

Hi there, Got a question from @Selina Routh​ : Can you please explain each and every way a product will appear in unassigned within Adaco.   Best wishes, Sophie

  In a situation where an Outlet is of Location type; when an item is posted to an Outlet where it does not exist in the maintain guide in any other location for that specific Outlet, then the system will add this item to the Unassigned location. It is kind of a halfway house.

  You can not directly add products here, but if you follow this route Inventory > Maintain Guides > Select desired 'Unassigned' > You can move each product to the required Location that has been setup for that Outlet.
