How do I pull the report of total hours worked per employee in a relevant pay period and the total value of certain pay element per employee paid in a relevant period please

Thanks for this question.

 

One option is the payroll preview. A payroll preview can be run at any time. Go to Payroll Module Home and select the Pay Basis that you wish to view.

 

There are three different types of preview available. Select the option With Pay Elements, and then select ‘Export to Excel’. This preview will provide the user with a list of all the pay elements on the preview and any employee Termination Dates.
