Is it possible to adjust the rounding increments on Fourth rotas?

For example, if some rota clockings show as amber if they are more than 5 minutes past the time that they were due to start/finish. Can this be changed so that there are no roundings and the actual clockings are recorded accurately?

This is a great question.

 

The T&A information is designed to support the updating of Rota times and is a guide. Depending on customer requirements this can be set up differently to suit each customer.

 

To change the thresholds this can be done here:

Rotas > Administration > Global Settings > Rota Settings > Edit > Time & Attendance Late Threshold (min.) > Time & Attendance Early Threshold (min.) > Update > Save

 

You may also notice other settings such as auto update which might be turned on or copy T&A. If either of these are enabled it could be causing the actual times to be updated with the exact T&A times.
