Great question, thanks.
Firstly, a few checks would need to be carried out to ensure the portal is set up for this.
The system admin will need to ensure that the overtime functionality has been turned on Rotas > Global Settings. From here Overtime & Include M.E in Overtime need to be set to Yes. Overtime calculation should have All associated with main job selected.
It is also important to set up the overtime contract correctly:
