I’m wondering if you can help – I need to pull a report with all previous former employees that has all of their personal addresses and their employee numbers, however this pulls out too many rows on a customised report for it to be able to be downloaded. The customised reports also cannot just look between two dates.
Is there a report that can be pulled that will give me all this information or is this something that can be pulled and sent to me? @Emma Darby

To see only Former employees add the field Status and in the condition column add =. When you run the report you can then select former employees only.
You can look between two dates when selecting a field such as Termination date. You can add a condition to look at dates >= or <= to a specified date. This is also entered on the next page.
Adding conditions will helps to reduce the number of lines returned.
