I have been liaising with the helpdesk in regards to Job Grades and just wondered if you could confirm something for me?
Our issue is the setup – we would like it so that we could allocate a job grade per each individual employee rather than by job title as we have some employees who although they are the same job title, are different grades.
I have been advised that we cannot do this – is this right?
If so what other alternatives are there for us to be able to do this?

Thank you for your query, this is correct, the job grade is per job title and cannot be assigned per employee.
It would be great to get a better understanding of what you would like to use this for in order to provide more assistance.

We would like to use this function so that we can view per employee what their job grade is - this isn't as simple as assigning per job title as different people within our portfolio (althought they have the same job title) will have higher or lower job grades depending on their accountability and responsibility

I would recommend booking onto an Ask Fourth session so that a solution consultant can further advise you in this matter.
