Are we are able to make the pay basis and company selection mandatory before moving to the next page when creating an employee?

To resolve this issue, the location set up should be reviewed.

HR > Company Admin > Location > Assign PAYE company.

Check that the correct PAYE is assigned to the correct location and that only 1 PAYE is assigned.
